The other murlocks didn't aggro me from there. Try to do this close to the east side of the altar. Give it a few seconds to get your health/mana back and get the other murlock. Smack him a few more times and he's dead. Once breath bar is gone, shift to druid form and you'll probably have to cast Regrowth again. Shift back to Sea Lion form to breathe (you can still attack in this form). From a distance, shift to druid/natural form and hit one with Entangling Roots, follow with the rest of your spells to get him down to about 2/3 health before he comes at you. There are only 2 murlocks there instead of 3 - 4 on the west side. Swim down to the glowing blue altar and approach from east side. My advantages were having sea lion form so I could breathe underwater and the ability to heal while in combat with the 35 elite monsters. Comment by 91008I soloed this as a 38 night elf druid.
